We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data collection, analysis, and report generation, with expert-level Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from various sources.
Develop and implement advanced Excel models for data analysis, including complex formulas and macros. Able to make/develop complex formulas in excel, which can lead to automation of work.
Generate detailed and insightful reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategy.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data audits and cleaning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables & macros.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience as data analyst is required.
Expert level of excel is required
Excellent time-management & analytical skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
