We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage all maintenance-related matters across our contracted locations. This office-based role is ideal for a Supervisor or In-charge-level professional with expertise in maintenance operations, record-keeping, project bidding, and handling sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage maintenance activities across all contract locations.
- Maintain records, schedules, and reports for maintenance operations.
- Handle bidding for projects and contract negotiations.
- Respond to sales inquiries related to maintenance services.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for efficient maintenance execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and future planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor, or in charge.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, equipment, and repair work.
- Expertise in paperwork handling (record-keeping, scheduling, documentation).
- Experience with project bidding and sales inquiries related to maintenance.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing large-scale maintenance contracts.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
