Key Responsibilities: 

  • As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.

  • Coordinating facility management, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance.

  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

  • Assisting in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling documentation.

  • Supporting HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining updated filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Overseeing security, health, and safety measures within the workplace.

  • Assisting in managing administrative support during events, meetings, and office projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to dynamic work environments.
