- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze customer issues and find the best possible solutions.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different customer needs.
- Professionalism Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to remain calm, collected, and professional in challenging situations.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required
