Responsibilities:

Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English)
The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital money transfer platforms
Experience in international customer support/call centre is a plus
Should be flexible for rotational shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
