𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above
- Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Handle multiple tickets/ bills simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry developments to provide informed support.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time
𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:
