Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Market Research:

    • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Engage with potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the company's products/services.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop pitches and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to business development.
    • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams regarding client preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
  5. Networking & Event Participation:

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and promote the company.
    • Represent the company at business events, fostering a strong brand presence and attracting new clients.
  6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, lead generation, and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and project status.
  7. Client Retention & Follow-up:

    • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.
    • Implement strategies to retain clients, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
