The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our company. BDE will work closely with our team to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth. The BDE will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for reaching target audiences.
  • Generate & qualify leads through various channels and assess their potential for business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with software solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand the software solutions offered and align them with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Development Manager/Director.
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Use feedback to inform product/service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
