Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Previous experience in an accounting role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry and financial records.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify issues and propose solutions to improve financial processes.

Integrity: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in handling financial information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Previous experience or internships in accounting or finance is preferred.
