We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Pearl One Tower in Bahria Town Lahore. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Telephone Handling:
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Visitor Management:
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Communication:
- Assist with internal and external communications, including emails and correspondence.
Customer Service:
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Personality:
- Positive, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
