We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This remote position requires someone with strong English communication skills, marketing experience, and ideally some ERP knowledge. The role involves managing various tasks such as marketing activities, email design, and data collection, while ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient business operations.
- Support marketing initiatives, including the design and execution of promotional emails and materials.
- Collect and manage relevant business data.
- Communicate with team members and clients via email and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP systems or a basic understanding of enterprise resource planning.
- Background in accounting or finance-related tasks.
