1. Handling customer requests for trouble shooting assistance, by working in liaison with our field engineers, sales staff and global Principals.
2. Scheduling and arranging customer site visits for our engineers.
3. Responsible for ensuring that all engineer reports and records are complete and consolidating and verifying their accuracy.
4. Managing and organizing smooth travelling of engineers to and from their locations to customers.
5. Maintaining record keeping of office documents
6. Assisting Sales team with Sales enquiries and follow ups.
7. Compiling sales data and reports
