Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell factory-direct footwear products to retail clients, wholesalers, and individual customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach (in-person, phone, or digital channels).
Provide product expertise and assist customers in selecting the right footwear solutions.
Report sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma (degree in Business/Marketing is a plus).
Prior sales experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
Passion for fashion/footwear industry and customer service.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a bonus).
