We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Floor Manager (or Team Lead) to oversee and lead a dynamic team of sales professionals for our US-based campaign. This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong background in sales management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, improving team performance, and providing world-class customer service.

Key-Responsibilities:

  • Offer continuous training and personalized coaching to team members, helping them improve their skills and grow in their roles.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure the team has the right resources and support to succeed.
  • Be a point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and resolving any escalated issues or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Keep an eye on daily activities, ensuring the team is efficient, focused, and delivering the best results. Step in to solve any problems as they arise.
  • Help the team hit their sales goals consistently by providing clear direction, setting realistic targets, and sharing strategies to drive success.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
  • Previous experience in leading sales teams for US-based campaigns or handling international sales teams is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of US-based compliance and sales regulations.
