2. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

Required Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree
Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication
Experience with SAP and other software, like CRM, is a plus Confident and Strong personality, focused on personality enhancement
