Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Oversight:
- Monitor the performance of sales representatives and ensure they keep their lead-tracking sheets updated.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with sales staff to ensure leads are progressing effectively.
2. Client Communication Management:
- Maintain and regularly update an Excel sheet tracking communication with all clients.
3. Project Coordination:
- Liaise with the operations team for timely project deliveries and the creation of new samples.
- Oversee ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
4. Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team, specifying architects or geographical areas for door-to-door visits.
- Monitor target achievement and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
5. Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain high morale within the team.
6. Achieving Sales Goals:
- Drive the team towards meeting and exceeding the company’s sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in sales or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the Building Material industry
