We are seeking a skilled English-Speaking Trainer to join our team for a temporary assignment of 03 to 06 months.

The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to conduct structured training sessions aimed at improving the English-speaking proficiency and accent of our customer-facing personnel.

The trainer will work to design and deliver effective training programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct English speaking and accent improvement training sessions for customer-facing employees.
Assess the current proficiency levels of participants and tailor training programs accordingly.
Develop training materials, exercises, and activities to enhance language skills.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their English-speaking abilities.
Collaborate with the Training team to identify training needs and assess training effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an English language trainer, IELTS Trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve learning goals.
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., IELTS, TESOL) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
