Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer support for AT&T and Spectrum campaigns.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines.

Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills are a must.
Fresh candidates with an O & A Level background are preferred.
Previous experience in same campaigns is highly desirable.
Excellent accent and pronunciation skills.
Ability to work in a US-based center with two shifts: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am and 9:00 pm - 6:00 am.
