Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
