Aimans Collection, a growing e-commerce business specializing in cosmetics, jewelry, and home products, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Sales Representatives. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about online sales and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products through online platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and online visibility.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Track sales data and report performance weekly.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates in sales, especially in e-commerce or retail.
Familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude.

Salary & Commission Structure:

Basic salary: 15,000 PKR per month.
Commission:
Earn 40% commission on each product sold.
If you sell 7 products in a month, you will receive an additional bonus of 1,500 PKR.
