Develop, implement, and manage the company’s compensation strategy, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other perks.
Design and manage employee recognition programs that align with company culture and values, ensuring these programs are engaging and effective.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits are competitive within the industry and region.
Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead initiatives to streamline HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, and HRIS optimization.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
Provide regular reports and analytics on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, compensation trends, and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers, payroll services, and HR software vendors.
Support employee relations initiatives, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
