Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Sourcing or creating content that is engaging, relevant, and in line with the brand image
  • Responding to comments from followers or customers on owned channels to build relationships and foster engagement
  • Managing the company’s presence on various social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Tracking conversations related to the brand on social media sites to gain insights into customer attitudes and preferences
  • Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  • Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support.
  • Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Creates new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest social media trends and knowing how to use them for business growth
  • The ability to communicate effectively with followers and customers to build relationships and increase engagement
  • Social media skills
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools.
