Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads using social media tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Initiate contact with leads through calls, messages, emails, and other channels to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and suitability for the company's offerings.
- Schedule meetings or calls to hand over qualified leads to the sales team seamlessly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts with campaign goals.
- Track and report performance metrics regularly.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain high interaction standards.
- Engage with relevant content to enhance visibility and community engagement.
- Use CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the car rental industry.
- Proficiency in cold calling with daily lead targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with proven sales success.
- Team player and independent worker.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
