We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer for our Paint Division. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an in-depth understanding of paint products, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend appropriate paint products.
- Provide detailed product information, including color options, finishes, and application techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote and sell paint products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Offer guidance on product usage and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell related products such as brushes, rollers, and primers.
- Ensure the availability and proper display of paint products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Stay updated on new paint products, color trends, and application techniques.
- Provide professional advice on paint selection for various surfaces and environments.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
- Share customer feedback and market trends with management to improve offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in paint or building materials.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (intermediate preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of paint, finishes, and application methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.

Salary Package
Rang: Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 Per Month
