  •  Responsible for Donor feedback (all countries)-complete process Ensure donation receipts for all Pakistan’s donors.
  •  To Maintain separate accounts for all major donors.
  •  Continuous improvement with regular feedback, project visits and experience.
  • Project visits will be authorized by Head of Program)
  •  Monthly project reports Assist Head of Program for program related documentations and processes.
  •  Monitor project delivery timelines and highlight any delays.
  •  Develop internal process of project delivery and compliance processes. Maintain project delivery documents.
  •  Maintain updated projects delivery status report.
  •  Coordination with ground team through Head of Program.
  •  You will be working under Head of Program (operationally) but need to follow policies and procedures developed by UK Team.
  •  Complete understanding of CRM and CMS for all countries Play your role for digitalization of feedback process.
  •  Ensure automated reports and processes and minimize manual dependencies
