Al-Noor Sugar Mills Ltd. (MDF Board) seeks a Marketing / Business Development Manager to lead and drive marketing initiatives that enhance business growth. This role requires a skilled individual who can develop strategic plans, conduct market research, and implement sales strategies that are tailored to our business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, and project management. As a manager, you will lead a small team while fostering collaboration and achieving targeted outcomes. The position demands strong communication skills, a proficiency in English, and expertise in product development and branding within the export and B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Utilize digital marketing techniques and email marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients in export and B2B sectors.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of one, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Analyze business performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on SWOT analysis.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with new product launches.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal results.
