The job purpose of a Data Supervisor is to ensure the accurate, efficient, and secure management of an organization's data assets, enabling informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data team, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
Develop and implement data collection, processing, and analysis strategies.
Lead data analysis projects, including data mining, data cleansing, and data visualization.
Supervise data entry and data processing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Develop and maintain data quality control procedures and processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
