Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring compliance according to the regulatory standards.
Supervise and lead QC staff, including chemists, analysts, and lab technicians.
Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for quality and safety.
Approve or reject materials based on quality control results.
Implement and monitor laboratory safety protocols and practices.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for all QC processes.
Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product testing and validation.
Review and approve all QC documentation, including test results and reports..
Participate in audits and regulatory inspections, providing data and support as needed.
Continuously improve quality systems and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance analysis on HPLC, Operation / know how of ASS, TOC, LPC, FTIR, UV, Dissolution apparatus, Titrimetry testing etc.
A candidate having an experience in Sterile Products Testing will be preferable.
Additionally must be able to manage/coach a team of analysts and microbiologists. Should have worked in an environment of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, WHO guidelines for GLP, GDP, and better communication skills.

Job Qualification:

B-pharm/Pharm-D or above degrees from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a reputable pharmaceutical organization.
