We are looking for a skilled and organized accountant to manage the finances and accounting operations of our gas station located in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be proficient with digital tools, and have prior experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position, suitable for candidates looking to balance work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Management:
- Record and maintain daily accounting entries.
- Track daily sales and generate financial reports.
- Prepare invoices and manage supplier payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
2. Stock Management:
- Monitor and control fuel and product inventory.
- Update stock entries on the HQTS Gas Station Management software.
3. Reporting and Audits:
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
4. Data Entry on HQTS Software:
- Accurately input financial and operational data into HQTS software.
- Use the software to optimize operational tracking.
5. Other Duties:
- Assist with payroll management for employees.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations for the gas station.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a gas station or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in accounting tools and the ability to work with HQTS Gas Station Management software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with part-time hours.
Job Details:
- Work Location: Gas station in Karachi.
- Hours: Part-time, to be determined based on availability (morning or afternoon shifts).
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
