We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Infrastructure Services Consultant to join our team. The consultant will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth across targeted infrastructure sectors. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, business acumen, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure sectors, including Railways, Urban Transportation (MRT, BRT), Highways & Motorways, Water & Irrigation, Renewable Energy, and Mobility & Automotive.
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Drive efforts to achieve targeted revenue and profitability by the end of 2025.
  • Lead initiatives to position the company as a market leader in priority sectors.

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Utilize networking and lead generation strategies to identify and evaluate new business prospects.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business development activities and key account management.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Proposal Development & Negotiation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Project Execution & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business development processes and improve efficiency.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights to the management team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in business development, sales, or consulting within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, transportation, energy, and engineering services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel for client and stakeholder meetings as required.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
  • Compensation: Monthly fee + performance-based commission
  • Leaves: 2 days per month + government-declared gazette holidays
  • Official Visits: Transportation provided for client and site visits

Sheikhupura 150 MW Rental Power Project AEPL Supported its foreign associate GE Energy Rentals in erection and commissioning of 150MW Rental Project (7xTM2500) at Sheikhupura for Wapda. The project was completed in a record time of less than four months. AEPL provided services for Camp Buildup, Substation, Civil Works, Erection & Testing. Presently the Operations Staff of AEPL is supporting GE in O&M 225 MW Balloki Power Project AEPL is the Construction Contractor of 225MW Balloki Power Project. Notice to Proceed was issued to EP Contractor Skodaexport and C Contracor AEPL on December 30, 2005. The Project is based on 2x6FA Gas Turbines from GE in Combined Cycle Mode with Steam Turbine from Skodaexport and HRSGs from Alstom, Czech Republic. Currently Civil Works & Man Camp Construction are ongoing at site.GE has also signed 18 Years O&M Agreement with Orient Power Company (Pvt) Ltd. AEPL is supporting GE as variable Sales Channel.
