Alfalah Insurance is hiring a Complaint Resolution Officer to address client complaints and ensure effective grievance resolution. Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, this role ensures compliance with policies and SECP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Monitor and evaluate complaint management performance.
Prepare quarterly analysis and progress reports.
Collaborate with the call center to improve processes.
Track KPIs like resolution time, escalation rate, and first-contact resolution.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and time management.

Preferred: Female candidates with relevant experience.
