- At least 2 years of relevant experience in donor reporting and data management.
- Proven experience in writing reports, and ability to work in flexible duty hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Cultural sensitivity and a strong understanding of geopolitical dynamics, especially those relevant to Pakistan.
