We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). A travel consultant must be knowledgeable about destinations, travel regulations, and requirements for visas and passports. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

Researching and providing clients with options for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
Create and update electronic records of clients.

Required Skills:

Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant.
Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, Amadeus, and e-travel).
Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach, Well-versed in various areas of travel (International, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is required.
Certification from a recognized travel agency is preferred.
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and industry trends.
