Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and Google Guarantee Ads (Local Ads).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Perform A/B testing and experiment with different strategies to optimize spending.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Implement and test new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to improve
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Job Specification:

Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, specifically in Google Ads, social media ads, and Google Guarantee Ads (Local Ads).
Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
In-depth understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising efforts.
