As an Administrative Officer at Alpha College, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the college's administrative functions. You will work closely with the College Administrator and other staff members to support the day-to-day operations of the college.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrollment, attendance, and academic progress.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students as needed, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling inquiries.
Facility Management: Assist in overseeing the college facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of college events, such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, and other special events.
Student Affairs Support: Collaborate with the Student Affairs Officer to address students' needs and concerns.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Front Desk Coverage: Provide coverage at the front desk as needed, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
Admissions Support: Assist in the admissions process by handling applications, inquiries, and providing information to prospective students.
