You will be responsible for managing and executing the hotel’s social media strategy, creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and promoting the hotel’s brand across various digital platforms. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of social media trends and marketing strategies to enhance the hotel’s online presence and engage with potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content, including images, videos, blog posts, and graphics, to highlight the hotel’s offerings, special promotions, events, and guest experiences across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, ensuring that content is posted regularly, and interactions with followers are timely and positive.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the hotel’s brand image and messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s marketing goals and identity.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers and guests, fostering a positive and engaging online community. Manage online guest feedback and ensure quick responses to any inquiries or concerns.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways designed to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic). Use insights to optimize social media strategies and improve performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the hotel’s social media presence remains fresh and competitive. Suggest new strategies based on industry trends.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to promote the hotel through partnerships and collaborations. Help coordinate social media content for influencer campaigns and promotional events.
  • Advertising: Assist with paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, helping to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Visual Storytelling: Capture and create visually appealing content, whether it be behind-the-scenes shots, guest experiences, or special hotel events, to attract potential guests and enhance the hotel’s visual presence.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, guest services, events) to ensure promotions, offers, and services are accurately represented and communicated on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) to create visually appealing posts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the online community.
