We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services. This is a commission-based position, offering excellent earning potential for those who are driven and dedicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Effectively communicate product information and benefits
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
- Adhere to strict timekeeping and attendance policies
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and telephony systems
- At least 1 year of sales experience
Shift Timings:
8:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
Salary:
Commission-based/ Percentage Based
