We are hiring a driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help execute a client contract for a fast-growing B2C SaaS platform in the student events space. Your main responsibilities will include scraping leads, conducting outbound outreach, and booking meetings with student organizations, event hosts, and other stakeholders across US-based universities.
This role involves repetitive tasks, requiring a high level of discipline, focus, and consistency. You’ll be performing the same processes repeatedly to achieve measurable results, so we need someone who thrives in a structured environment and is motivated by results and rewards.
This is a full-time remote role with consistent payroll, and we offer commission-based bonuses on top of the base pay. You’ll work directly with me and receive training and mentorship to master the outreach process. For top performers, there is significant growth potential into managerial roles within the business as we take on more projects.
