We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing telecommunications company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement
- Manage the company's budget and forecast future cash flows
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
