We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team for the 4 PM to 2 AM shift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dispatching, strong English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and timely transportation operations, managing driver schedules, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch truck drivers for various routes and assignments.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during transport.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver communications.
Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a dispatching role or a related field.
Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatching software and logistics management tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions to ensure smooth operations.
Availability: Willingness to work from 4 PM to 2 AM, with flexibility to handle occasional overtime or shifts as needed.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
