Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the waste management staff deployed at designated Facilities.
- Responsible to coordinate with Medical Superintendent / Hospital Administration for day-to-day matters related to the Waste Management.
- Responsible to check the daily attendance and ensures implementation of duty roasters of all staff deployed at designated Facilities.
- Responsible to send the daily reports (IT, Transport, Operations and Human Resource etc.) to Head Office.
- Responsible to ensure the compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Responsible to keep in coordination with Infection Control and Waste Management Teams to ensure monthly Waste Management / Infection Control meeting.
- Responsible to conduct training sessions on monthly basis as per the requirements.
- Responsible to share daily incineration report.
- Responsible to report any accident/incident to Head Office
- Responsible to verify all the documented entries on pre-defined formats/ forms and registers.
- Responsible to maintain record of consumables and inventory.
- Responsible to keep the Waste Management Equipment in optimum working condition.
