1. Project Planning & Development:

Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Evaluate and select contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

2. Budget Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets; ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Analyze financial reports; provide insights into budget variances and cost-saving opportunities.

3. Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Delegate tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government entities for necessary permits and approvals.

5. Quality Control:

Oversee construction activities to ensure that they are executed according to the agreed specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and manage quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
Ensure that health, safety, and environmental protocols are followed on-site.

7. Communication & Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, changes, and any issues that arise.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and budgets.

8. Stakeholder Management

Liaise with investors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.
Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
