1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project-specific sales targets.
  • Identify target customers, market segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Set pricing, discounts, and promotional offers in collaboration with the marketing and finance teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

2. Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise and train the project sales team (sales executives, agents, brokers).
  • Assign sales targets to the team and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to improve sales skills.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, project site visits, and property demonstrations.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding, contract signing, and payment collection.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, and queries effectively.

4. Coordination with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Legal & Finance teams for contract management and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with the Construction/Operations team to ensure timely project delivery and updates for clients.

5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and trends to improve sales strategy.
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions.

6. Broker & Channel Partner Management:

  • Develop relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Provide training and incentives to sales partners to boost project sales.
  • Organize broker networking events and promotional activities.

7. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and local real estate regulations.
  • Oversee documentation processes, including agreements, payment receipts, and approvals.
