ASCEND Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Analyst to join our team on a freelance basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a strong background in marketing, sales, and client management to work independently and flexibly.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including social media, cold calling, and client outreach.

Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Telemarketing and Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Social Media: Leverage social media platforms to connect with potential clients and build a strong online presence.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in marketing, sales, and client management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for business development.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
