As a Female Business Communication Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients regarding purchase deals and related issues.
Interacting with major online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and PayPal to resolve account queries.

Job Details:

Permanent Night Shift (Office-Based).

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

Required Skills:

Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
The ability to handle pressure in tricky online call situations.
Adaptability to manage night shift challenges.
