Maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Using “Quick Book Software” Posting Cash Payment, Bank Payment & Bank Receipt Voucher in Reliable Heads·
Enter Purchase and Sales Invoice in Quick Book·
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Generate financial reports for management.
Prepare Quarterly Advance Income Tax Statement U/S 147·
Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and practices.·
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as engineering and operations.·
In the supervision of HOD preparation of annual statutory audit documents.
