Key Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and other digital assets.
Create high-quality images and videos to support marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce professional-grade content.
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Craft engaging social media content (text, images, videos) and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Monitor conversations, respond to messages, and build a loyal community of followers.
Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance to improve rankings.
Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and maximize ROI.
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
Build, segment, and maintain email lists.
Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates and click-through rates, refining strategies as needed.
Track website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize digital campaigns.

Key Requirments:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years in visual content creation and digital marketing., “Experience must be preferred in the Solar industry.” Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and creativity.
Certification in Google Ads, social media platforms, or email marketing tools.
