You will be the first point of contact for potential property sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners, assess their interest in selling, and gather pertinent information about their properties. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our business model, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in real estate or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and navigate conversations professionally.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners to assess their interest in selling their property.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about the property selling process.
  • Gather detailed information about the property, including condition, location, and any motivating factors for selling.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the acquisitions team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions.
  • Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing information about the process.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless communication.

Working hours:

  • Mon - Fri (6 pm - 2 am)
