We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team remotely. Candidates must be available to complete all assessments/tests in-person at our Office based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual quantity takeoffs accurately from construction drawings.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using MS Excel.
- Use digital tools like PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu to perform precise digital takeoffs.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to estimate material and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.
Required Skills:
- Strong command over manual quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for calculation and documentation.
- Experience with PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu is mandatory.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and general estimation practices.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in cost projections.
Required Qualification:
- BSc / B.E. in Civil Engineering or DAE (Civil) from a recognized institute
- Fresh graduates and diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in quantity estimation or using PlanSwift / Bluebeam is a strong advantage
