We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic SQA Engineer and Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be working with a local and offshore team in Canada on a product that requires constant innovation and new technology upgrades on a frequent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists.
- Identify, prioritize, and track software defects and issues to resolution.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and QA teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct regression testing to validate software updates and changes without adverse effects on existing functionalities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Generate clear and concise reports on test results, project status, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and project coordination strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
